要旨 In this paper, we have drawn eternal triangle, the relationships between knowledge, economy and information technologies. As is the case with the economy, the change in the course of grow of knowledge “cannot be understood by means of analysis of the circular flow, although they are purely economic and although their explanation is obviously among the tasks of pure theory” (Schumpeter, 1912). If we adopt this idea, we can notice that social science today still has the same limits as physics did before Newton or biology did before Darwin. However, collecting, organising and combining materials of images of societies so far, we would find inertia of societies, or the perspectives constructed by the tradition invented on idea of physiology and practical problems of the day. That means, we can now measure speed of advancement of learning, and can find locus of knowledge, as well as distemper of learnings. We live in an age where the works of hundreds of years, and of millions of people, can be put into the brain or hands of a single person.
